I enjoyed the friendly staff. They were very accommodating. the room was spacious and clean. the facilities provided met my needs.
The bathroom was quite confined, with a washing basin that was inadequate. the mattresses were too soft for me. the meals were basic. They were a bit expensive.

The food was really good here! The beds provided were comfortable. Staff members were lively and attentive. I found our room quite spacious, and it was facilitated well. A personal river beach was a definite highlight for our stay!
I did find the pillows a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps a wider selection would improve the experience.

The spacious room was REALLY well facilitated. Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival, and i found complimentary chocolates! The comfortable beds ensured restful nights. i also enjoyed easy access to a personal river beach.

Lovely stay near Ben Nevis

I had a really nice time here. The staff were helpful and arranged my late check-in. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were good. I especially appreciated the spacious layout and cleanliness.
I found the mattress to be too soft. (i prefer a firmer bed). The meals were simple but fine, though perhaps a bit expensive.
